Watford v Coventry City.

Match Preview.

The Sky Blues travel to London to take on Championship high flyers Watford knowing that a victory could secure their place in the Championship for next season while Watford know a win could secure them a play off place. Watford play at Vicarage Road which is quite apt as City don't have a prayer in winning this one although on paper recent form suggests the Sky Blues have their noses in front, but unfortunately we're playing on grass.

Recent years have seen this fixture produce some high scoring games with City normally on the receiving end and I don't see tomorrow being any different.

Nicknamed "The Hornets" Watford changed their badge in the 70's to that of a hornet, recent times has seen that change once more to a Mooses head, why the "Mooses" hasn't caught on is one of life's little mysterys I guess.

Watford manager Aidy Boothroyd is fully aware of the striking prowess of Michael Mifsud, who hasn't scored for City since the birth of Christ, commenting,

" They have got a clear goalscorer in Mifsud and they will try and hit us on counter-attacks, so we have got to make sure we focus on what it is we do."

So it looks like someone hasn't done their homework and with Best returning from suspension it could be an opportunity for him to pop up and save the day. But with Simpson finding some form against Wednesday midweek and new loanee Hines getting the all important goal Coleman will have a pleasant selection headache up front for a change.
