Bolton Wanderers captain Kevin Davies says the team are ready to battle for Premiership survival and has defended the spirit within the camp.

Ivan Klasnic's goal was cancelled out by Damien Duff at Craven Cottage to leave the Trotters in the bottom three after drawing with Roy Hodgson's side.

He said: "As players we're very much together, we've been in this situation before and have that experience.

"It's disappointing we didn't hang on for all three points- we didn't get going in the second half," Davies finished.
