Bolton Wanderers manager Gary Megson has hit out at defender Zat Knight's concentration, claiming he would have not conceded his own goal against Manchester United had it been in the last ten minutes of the game.

The 29-year-old summer signing lashed at an attempted clearance after five minutes and the ball richoted off his standing leg and into the back of the net.

And Megson says the incident summarised the attitude of Knight and other squad players.

Megson said: "Zat wouldn't have conceded that in the last 10 minutes and it is something he has got to get out of.

"He's a good player and he's played well for most of the game but he's got this easy-oasy attitude and one or two others have got it too," the gaffer warned.
