Bolton Wanderers skipper Kevin Davies has revealed he is seriously considering staying in the game- but doesn't plan to stop playing for at least another three years.

The 32-year-old striker has proven himself a leader on the field, and last season enjoyed his best goalscoring form for the club.

Davies took a fast-track course in the summer break to attempt at acquiring the UEFA 'B' coaching license and says it is something he is considering.

He told the club's official site: "I want to stay in the game and perhaps look to one day get a manager's role, but I'll look to see where I am in a few years time.

"It's something I can see myself eventually getting into [coaching] and I'm quite looking forward to it all," he went on.

And the forward finished: "At the minute, I'm still 100% focused on playing football for the next three years at least."
