Karl's Court case.

I like to be inclusive so here's my post from the other board.
"Just got a reminder from my calendar that Karly boy is due back in Court next week over his wages claim.
Not seen anything about on here so I phoned the Tribunal Office to get details of place and time etc.
Anyway it's not happenning.
The whole thing is being put back to October when his unfair dismissal case (LOL) will be heard as well."

Karl's Court case.
He was sacked by Blackpool FC when OO was the majority shareholder, so presumably the case is against BFC not OO

Karl's Court case.
Wierd family.

It's a shame that the football club is still legally burdened by KOCK.

Karl's Court case.
At the time Karl was sacked, Owen had removed virtually everyone else in any position of responsibility at the club so how BFC can be held responsible now is an absolute joke.

Bit like Karly actually.

Karl's Court case.
I thought the company name for BFC was segesta who would have been Potter's employer, I cant see how the new owner can be sued for wrongful dismissal when he never employed him. Maybe its down to this 'Bowlheads lives matter' group that it still has to go ahead.

Karl's Court case.
Karl's case is against Blackpool Football Club Ltd which is the company acquired by Simon Sadler and assumed it's responsibilities.
Segesta (BFC Properties) still exists and is still owned by Owen but this company isn't anything to do with this claim.
