Wednesday manager Brian Laws today signed Middlesbough defender Tony McMahon on an initial one month loan . The 22 year old Durham lad has had his share of injuries in his short career so far the most recent being a broken leg he suffered in a reserve match v Liverpool. Pre-season Tour Of Holland

The tour kicks off at 7:00pm  on Tuesday July 15th with a match v Haarlem at HSV Football Club in Heiloo where both games will take place. Tues April 1st. The F.A. Cup third round replay has been called off this afternoon, with the torrential downpour overnight in Yorkshire the Hillsborough pitch has suffered. After teh abandonment back in December of the Coventry home game it was hardly surprising when tonights game was called off earlier. Rumours are abound today that Brian Laws is looking to bring back former Owl and curretn Blade Alan Quinn back to Hillsborough.
