Did you know, Chail cricket ground in northern India is the highest cricket ground in the world at over 8,000 feet above sea level. That's about the same height as the transatlantic jets that fly over our fair city in the early morning before landing at Heathrow or Gatwick.

Baseball formed from a combination of Cricket and Rounders. (I feel like I made that up, but I'm sure I heard it somewhere).

Only in the US can you have a World Series for one country. Go on, someone tell me Canada and Japan now join in. Go Blue jays.

The only fact about cricket I know is that the height of the net should be equal to the length of the racket plus the diameter of the head at its widest point.
