a) start recruiting players now using known budget
b) wait and see if you can start using the new blokes dosh to splash the cash on better players?

If we do get taken over, the last thing we should be doing is chucking stupid money at the playing budget, that's how you land yourself in trouble. We have to be sensible.

As posted on another thread I hope Eisner's money is spent on infrastructure not players - although this would release monies currently budgeted for FP maintenance that would make us competitive.

Interesting to see what impact promotion & the celebrations that follow will have on any PST vote. I have been very much 50/50 on whether the extra investment & potential of Eisner outweighs the satisfaction of owning our own club. After Monday I felt such pride & there seemed such a togetherness between players, board & fans that it really made me think about whether as a fan & shareholder I would want to give that up?

Tough decisions ahead I think, although a much stronger position to be in than we had through the dark years of Chanrai, Al Faraj & co[^]

Recruit now with available dosh and if we have a takeover maybe strengthen with extra dosh in January. Think most agree stay in Div 1 next season move forward slowly and sensibly
Need to think more initially about FP and safety issues and making match day experience better this season

The H&S issues with FP haven't gone away with promotion although the club could raise ticket prices significantly to cover increased costs. The danger is that we lose momentum on the pitch as a result.

I do not want the ticket prices to go up. Follow Bradfords example

Various factors to take on board including who the manager is next season. If we have anew owner he may want to appoint a new manager. Also need to wait until the end of the season to see who is out of contract. We will need a higher standard of player as we want automatic promotion in a very ordinary league with No outstanding teams except Plymouth & ourselves. Possibly Doncaster depending on who the sign & if Ferguson stays there.
