Aruna Dindane was given a standing ovation by fans after his winning return to the Ivory Coast side at the weekend. Dindane supplied the decisive passes for his side's two goals in their 2-0 friendly win over Guinea. He was replaced after 83 minutes, allaying fears over his fitness ahead of next Sunday's crucial game with Stoke. Dindane had been replaced in the game at Blackburn after feeling a tight hamstring. Dindane was certainly pleased to be back in the international side for the first time in over 18 months. "I was very happy toninght [Saturday]. It was great to be back in front of a Ivory Coat crowd, which has always supported me and I think I did what they required of me,' he said after the game.
