Win Keeps Q-Final Hopes Alive...

Notts are hanging onto the hope of a third place finish in the Northern division of the Twenty20 cup, following an 11 run win over Yorkshire in the televised clash at Trent Bridge.

Having been allowed to include England seamer Ryan Sidebottom, Notts won the toss on a humid evening, with a changed batting line up, Chris Read opening to try and input some injection into the early overs.

Yes we were well beaten last night, your early batting was destructive and then Ryan Sidebottom finished things off.

Leicestershire winning hasn't helped us at all, although a win over them on Wednesday should put all that right.

Enjoyed watching it last night, I am hoping it is still alive for when I can get on Sunday.

Come on notts!

Great to see Ali Brown hit the heights we all know he is capable of last night.

Although we got stuck in the 'middle' set of overs last night, the first 11 overs were brilliant to witness, more of that this week and we can keep the dream going!!
