| In a good week - Pilates once, and 2 sessions on the cross trainer. Did try netball last month, but forgot I hadn't played for 10 years and sprained my ankle :-( Did any of you lads play netball? It was a mixed team...but the lads were only Aussies. All the British guys I asked to play replied " its a girls" sport.... | |

| Not as much as I was doing in the summer... At the moment, about 50+ miles a week on the bike, 20+ miles a week running, 2-3 miles a week swimming, some gym when I can fit it in. In the summer an average week was more like 150+ miles bike, 30-40 miles running, 5+ miles swimming. | |

| Walk to work every morning, which is just under 2 miles. Jog to the gym (about 1.5 miles) at least 4 nights a week do an hour then jog back. Jog round camp 3.6 miles twice a week. Still flabby though ![]() | |

| Run every other day, never less than 6 miles. Mixture of circuits or weights in between. On a Sunday I'll do around 30 miles on the bike then have a good swim. When I'm home cut it down to 2 or sessions a week. | |

| wow, how long did it take you? were you not in a special world of pain & want to never cycle, swim or run again? my other half started doing tri's last year. He did a mini one, then the London Tri & has registered for a half iron man next year. Requires such dedication. | |

| zeddog - tbh the actual IronMan was easier than the training, much easier. The hard part is putting in the 6 months of training before you get to the start line (and you need to be really fit to even begin) - lost count of the number of times I was up at 5am, p*ssing with rain, knowing I had 6 hours to do on my bike, getting soaked, cold, hungry.... Worth it for the sense of achievement on the finish line.... "You are an IronMan" ![]() | |

| SOTR, which IronMan did you do? My brother did the Nice one in 2008. I went with him and it was totally inspiring so many physically fit people in one place at the same time! The buzz in the days leading up to the race was unreal, with all the stalls, the music and the atmopshere. I'm thinking about doing an IronMan 70.3 | |

| I did IronMan Zurich - and I agree, awesome experience, although from what I've heard its easier than Nice, the bike is less hilly. I'm dropping back down to half-IronMan next year, I need to get my life back. | |

| Football twice a week, one is an hour and a half, the other is half an hour 5 a-side (which is non stop for the full 30mins). Gym two/three times a week an hour a pop. Plenty of dancing on the weekend with a few jars down me neck as well ![]() | |

| In the gym or running most days. Recent weeks due to a combinations of niggles and work committments, have used this as an excuse to take a break. Had a stomach muscle injury, so I've left the weights alone. Also had tightness in my achilles. Did a couple of runs last week and a month off the running seems to have helped that clear up. Should be getting back into the swing of things over the next few weeks. Hoping to start running with a club this week. | |

| I know, I need to start excercising again. I have no football in my life - which sucks, my knee is giving me a bit of jip, which isn't good for jogging and I can't really afford the gym, but am gonna have to sacrifice something to join back up I reckon. | |

| Got a bike mate, just don't have a shower at work or I'd be riding in on it. The circuits are good, but exercising in my flat isn't the way forward. | |
