That scored that free kick at MK Dons when we were in League 1 ?
Just reminiscing about Glaze and that day at Milton Keynes.

Yes, it was me duck. A fair few City fans had already headed for the exits(no names, no pack drill - that's Kendal and evington for starters) when Max strolled up in extra time and coolly popped the spherical object into the back of the onion bag from a free kick outside the box. Cue mayhem and deep joy.

I was there amongst the home fans that day (as were many more of the Blue Army) with my best mate Chris. Like Glaze he passed on to the great footy ground in the sky far too prematurely.

Thanks for that K, we were mingling in the home seats but there was no issues.
Bnet will tell you that we managed a few capers after the final whistle and even met Mr Winkleman for a photo shoot on the way out of the Corporate lounge that we had blagged.
RIP Glaze, a truly nice bloke.

Kendal and Evington faacked off back to the pub on the canal.
I was sat next to Mr & Mrs Wints and they persuaded me to stay for the free kick.
Baby Bear was pleading for someone other than Gradel to take it.

I was on my way out but decided to push 2 old blokes, who were leaving, out my way and watch the free kick.
Just how many roundabouts were there between leaving the ground and getting back to the canal pub?

We had got as far as behind the home end goal when that Free kick was given.
There were loads celebrating around us when it went in.

Great ground isn't it. Pete Winkleman actually offered us a lift his Aston Martin to that canal side pub if you remember Longstopper. I've still got the blue prints for the stadium.
