Archived Results for "Should the rule about 3pm Live Football Change ?" Voting Ended On: 16 Apr 2008
We've been told in the past that Football matches can't be shown live on a Saturday at 3pm as "Fans will stop attending Games". However this week Everton v Chelsea has been changed from Saturday 3pm to a Thursday Night so it can be shown on SKY ! How can this help attendances ? Many pubs are already (illegally) showing 3pm live games, and its frrely available on the internet. Should we not just therefore allow the games to be shown live on TV at 3pm Saturday when the traditional fan attending the game prefers it.
