How are judgments usually announced?

Will everyone get a date and time and return to court for the Judge's decision or is it sent out to the lawyers and either way how will we get to hear what has been decided?

I think that the general procedure is for the draft judgement to be emailed to the respective lawyers to check for any slips, typos, or obvious errors, and then a time and date will be set for the judgement to be formally given in court.

Tigger is right
It's then embargoed until handed down
We won't be told when the hearing is - you need to keep an eye on the court list

The final judgement will end up on Clifford Chances website and of course be splattered all over the tabloid press its quite a high profile case.

So is the daily Court list only published the day before? How much time do we get to make travel arrangements etc.

Only two weeks left - if ever a club needed closure then it's Blackpool - am ready now to go back and just want this resolved.

TYF- I was thinking the same. If the Court List is only published one day in advance then this gives very little time to plan.

Anyone know for sure about the Court Lists?

Interesting if there are only two weeks to deliver the judgement, where they will find the court time in the next two weeks to bring it?

The difficulty is the embargo
Whilst it's often possible to ask when a court date is the terms of the embargo once the draft judgement is issued arguably prevent the parties or their advisors from saying anything
A call to the court quoted the case number might give the most notice
Looking at the list just shows the next days hearings

J4F will keep an eye on the position and report the hearing date as soon as we can
Interestingly the trial judge has had no hearings so far this week
Hopefully that's because he's working on the decision we are all waiting for
