On the club site under News. Price freeze. £220 adult. Not many attractive side benefits.

The interesting bit is that the closing date for retaining one's seat (not mine, I don't have one) is Monday 5th June. That's about the same time as last year. But the cash needs to be handed over just before the big VB case starts. Is that a coincidence?

Let the predictions and seat counting begin! I reckon 1300 (down 245 on this year).

Only £9.56 a game so I'll be renewing whatever but it could be League One football so a very good deal.

How not to run a football club. Box yourself in by pathetic actions and behaviour, devalue the product to such an extent that only certain types of freak [rle] will purchase it, well done Oyston [:o)]

why pay £9+ when if you wait around long enough (well not very long really) someone will come along and let you in for free.

Why pay for it when they are giving it away?

That's how devalued the brand is

Less than £10 a game is a good deal - cost me £45 at the theatre the other day (although there were no protestors outside!).

That's not bad Plumbs, the loony has got to keep paying compo for all these sacked managers you know [smi]

To be fair that figure is not far off for a decent club trying to give their manager a decent budget. If they up it a bit you might get in the play offs next season [:D]

I would guess numbers will be similar to this season because anyone idiotic enough to buy one last summer will be just as dumb this year. The really sad and pathetic are the ones left now. Probably be down a couple of hundred. 1300 ST's is absolutely dire especially as the majority will be concessions.

Roll on the Court case.

Both rivals* at Huddersfield and Bradford have drastically reduced their season tickets,so locally price has become a talking point. Personally I think they should be realistically priced and not too cheap, but generally fans don't understand the impact of the TV money.

I was disappointed when sales got over 1000 for this season.

As the demographic of a buyer is very elderly, there will be some wastage. Coupled with the knowledge that free tickets will be freely available and that 5 pound offers will soon come back, then surely we should be successful in getting down to 3 figures this time.

There is an opportunity here for the next BST Gazette article to highlight:

The number of freebies and discounted tickets issued this season.
The weakness of BFC as a brand
Encourage existing season tkt holders not to renew as the people sitting next to them are entering the ground on a heavily discounted basis or free.

letsBasham - there really is no comparison to some getting in free and ST Holders because of the massive subsidy in the price. Effectively if you renew straight away you're only paying for around 9 games and getting 14 free and so the idea you can say others are getting freebies doesn't really stand.

Cheers Cat .....

So just assuming I'm paying an average of £9.56 per game in Division 2 and the guy next to me pays nothing, I can console myself that because I got mine cheap its fine and dandy that he pays zero.
